Process: greenhouse glass substrate, by SOL-GEL technology, a high refractive index micro-nano structures formed on glass surface, thereby reducing the reflectivity of the glass, while increasing the light transmittance.
Features:
1. High light transmittance, 4mm low iron glass with 2 sides AR coating, LT will be up to 97%. (NEN2675).
2. No dettol: AR coating has a hydrophilic character.
3. Enhanced plant growth: more available sunlight directly impacts plant photosynthesis, leading to better growth, flowering, and overall crop health.
4. Improved crop yields: optimized light conditions contribute to higher yields and better quality products.
5. Increased energy efficiency: more natural light reduces the need for costly artificial lighting, saving energy and lowering operational costs.

Quality control:
Our coating is made from nano oxidized silica material. It has the same chemical component with glass. This kind of inorganic material can stand cold-heat, humidity, ultraviolet ray degradation and all kinds of hard outdoor environment, according to GB/T19394-2003. GB/T18912-2002. GB-9535-1998 and related testing standard, our experimenters have taken the weather ability tests for the coating and have passed it.
Quality warranty:
1. Light transmittance: for the spectrum interesting for the crops 400-700nm, we warrant 5±0.5% light transmittance increase. Minor stripes or spots may be visible on the glass under certain angels of observation. They may be caused by impurities from rollers in the hardening process or the glasswork, but they are generally not affecting the light transmittance.
2. Durability: we warrant that minimum 80% of the original improvement of the light transmittance due to the AR coating compared to the basic glass, still will be present after 20 years of exposure to normal air.
